Programs
This is a sampling of the types of programs that I’ve offered.
Community Programs
Are You Divorcing Me Too?
Held at EdVenture Children’s Museum in Columbia, South Carolina, this program gave parents and children the tools to talk about the parent’s divorce. We focused on fears, sadness and questions about life in the future.
The Heart Spa
WomenHeart: The National Coalition of Women with Heart Disease, collaborated with me to sponsor this event in 2010. We explored how certain thinking can change heart-rate and also provided cognitive tools to help women regulate their hearts and emotions.
The Columbia event was held at the City Art Gallery in the Vista, and the Florence event was held at the Florence Country Club.
